1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- North America: United States, Canada.
- Europe: All EU member states, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Estimates
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Our average delivery times are:
- USA & Canada: 7-12 business days.
- Europe: 7-10 business days.
- Norway: 7-12 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery time depends on carrier efficiency and customs processing.
4. Shipping Rates

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Harashchenko Trade Solutions aims to make international shopping seamless:
- EU Orders: We utilize the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system to handle VAT at checkout for orders under €150, ensuring no surprise fees upon delivery.
- Norway Orders: We comply with VOEC regulations for tax-free border crossing on eligible items.
- General: While we handle taxes where possible, Harashchenko Trade Solutions is not responsible for any additional customs fees or local taxes applied to your order by your country's government during transit.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. 8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. Harashchenko Trade Solutions is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
